Our office has made a few updates to the annual renewal notices in the past few months. The largest change is the inclusion of a Bond Summary form for each bond. The Bond Summary provides our clients with the basic information on the bond and a list of all the entities which includes their addresses on file with Customs. By supplying this information to our clients we hope that any incorrect addresses that Customs may have on file can be identified and corrected before Customs mail anything to the entities listed or takes the necessary steps to make the bond insufficient due to an incorrect address.
